This program is designed with the idea that most people have shoulders that are rolled forward, upper backs that are tight and, movement can be intimidating when you feel unstable.

The idea for this program came from working with clients on a daily basis.
Watching my clients unable to perform basic shoulder strengthening exercises and stability movements made me realize that lack of mobility and balance can greatly restrict a person's ability to move patterns that require strength and motor control.

I have put together 6 of my favorite shoulder warm ups for you to try.
Progressing from easier to harder as the loading increases. Remember to start to slow and pay attention to how your body feels.
