Slow Strength

Come as you are! This intimate class is designed for both beginners and experienced lifters. Exercises tailored based on your specific limitations and movement goals. This is not a cardio based class and will focus on form, technique and tempo of each lift. Learn and own proper movement patterns that carry over into every day life. Get strong safely. Each class with start with a warm up, have a breathing, mobility, balance, stability, strength component and end with a cool down. Main focus is on safety, form, balance, stability, and mobility.

Foundations of Strength:

Small group strength training program specifically to empower individuals who may feel intimidated in traditional fitness classes. This class is perfect for those with limited exercise experience or those seeking to grasp the fundamentals of strength training. This class is suitable for all adults, including seniors, who are eager to gain education and embark on their fitness journey with confidence and support. We prioritize safety, kindness, and patience, fostering an environment where everyone can thrive on their fitness journey. Builds upon “Slow Strength” class, adding a cardio component. Main focus is stability, cardio, core, and learning how to safely push yourself to the next level.

Intermediate Strength:

Building upon the “Foundations of Strength” class, this group fitness program is designed for individuals who have a limited history of strength training or those seeking a more holistic approach to building strength. Great for more experienced individuals who are up for the next challenge! Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or looking to incorporate strength training into your existing regimen, this class provides the perfect blend of challenge, support, and accountability.

This class is ideal for individuals who have recently (re)started their fitness journey or are interested in enhancing their strength, muscle gain, and overall physical capability. It caters to those who have grasped the basics of strength training and are ready to elevate their fitness goals. Main focus is more complex movement patterns and techniques, challenging cardio segments, strength, and mobility.
